A seasoned licensing executive with over 16-year of hands-on experience in structuring comprehensive licensing programs for Western art and cultural IPs.

As managing partner of Alfilo Brands, Yizan leads the effort in securing exclusive license and developing comprehensive licensing programs for the IPs, including the British Museum, the MET, Museum of Fine Arts, V&A, Boston and BBC Earth etc.

Created and managed comprehensive and award-winning licensing programs for various world’s top museums in Greater China in over 20 product categories and with both on line and brick & mortar stores and immersive space. Sat on the judge panel on the Premier Asian Licensing Award by HK government.

Voted as one of the top 250 IP Strategist in 2011 by Intellectual Asset Management Magazine.
